Then, we will hit the market for you by researching available aircraft, both on-market and off-market, and filter up to ten available aircraft based on your requirements. Next, we will prioritize candidate aircraft and present you with a written comparison report.

With your approval, we will communicate and coordinate with the aircraft’s seller on your behalf to gather as much information about the aircraft as possible, including confirming aircraft availability and location as well as getting copies of logbooks and clarifying any additional questions not answered in the aircraft’s listing or spec sheet.

From here, we act as your agent during the purchase process. We’ll perform a desktop valuation to determine a good asking price for the aircraft to ensure you’re not overpaying. Then, with your approval, we’ll make an offer on the airplane on your behalf and negotiate the price and terms so you can get the best possible deal. We will also handle all of the communications between you and the seller. Next, we’ll draft the purchase agreement and assist with the escrow deposit. Finally, we’ll help coordinate the prebuy and other logistics to complete the transaction in a timely manner.
