The process begins by clicking the button below and completing a short questionnaire. Once submitted, a dedicated Owner Support Specialist will schedule a free, no obligation consultation with you to discuss your needs, answer your questions, and explain your options.
From there, we will onboard your aircraft into our system. The onboarding process includes performing a logbook review and setting your aircraft up on our mobile maintenance app and digitize your aircraft’s maintenance records so you’ll have a live Aircraft Digital Logbook.
Once onboarding is complete, we will immediately begin supporting your aircraft. You’ll have 24/7 access to our team of maintenance and operations experts with a direct line of communication. We will screen maintenance shops in your area as well as repair stations that specialize in specific repairs and overhauls. We will act as the shop’s point of contact for your airplane, communicating and coordinating maintenance events on your behalf. If you opt for our on-site maintenance management service, we will travel on-site to the maintenance facility to oversee the work being performed and provide guidance and ensure your interests are fairly represented.
